Project Goat is an initiative aimed at empowering aspiring entrepreneurs by teaching them how to capitalize on the tax industry to generate $100,000 or more within 90 days. This program is designed to help participants use their newfound earnings to invest in and grow their business ventures and aspirations. During this mentorship, Angel will guide all participants on how to start, grow, and properly structure their businesses. The program will cover building both business and personal credit, formulating a comprehensive business plan, and setting life goals to ensure long-term success.

1. Commitment

   I understand that participation in Project Goat requires a significant time commitment. I agree to dedicate the necessary time and effort to fully participate in all program activities, assignments, and sessions.


2. Confidentiality

   I agree to keep all information shared during the program confidential. This includes information shared by mentors, program organizers, and other participants. I will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without explicit permission.


3. Intellectual Property

   I acknowledge that all materials, resources, and content provided during the program are the intellectual property of Angel Nicole Consulting. I agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose other than my personal development without prior written consent.


4. Participation

   I understand that my participation in Project Goat is subject to selection based on the assessment and that only 20 spots are available. Completing this assessment does not guarantee my participation in the program.


5. Code of Conduct

   I agree to conduct myself professionally and respectfully throughout the program. I will engage positively with mentors and fellow participants and contribute to a supportive learning environment.


6. Fee and Payments

   I understand that there may be fees associated with certain aspects of the program. I agree to make any required payments promptly and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in my removal from the program.


7. Non-Discrimination Policy

   I understand that Angel Nicole Consulting does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status. I agree to uphold this policy and treat all participants and mentors with respect and equality.


8. Liability

   I acknowledge that participation in Project Goat is voluntary and that Angel Nicole Consulting is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of my participation in the program.


9. Program Changes

   I understand that Angel Nicole Consulting reserves the right to modify the program structure, content, and schedule as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.


10. Feedback and Testimonials

    I agree to provide honest feedback about my experience in the program and consent to the use of my feedback and testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes.
